Courtney, Finally a house boat that is REALLY a house, unlike some of those barges for sale for $150,000, good luck selling this!

Hi James - thanks!  Ther eare some houseboats that really aren't real estate and honestly should not be in the MLS, but a floating home is a type of houseboat which is definitely real estate.

Not only a sweet houseboat but the neighbors are just as nice!  From what I've read, dock-living is a very close community and now I've just experienced it.  I'm sold!
