Licensed for over 24 years, I am your "in the know" expert Seattle floating homes, houseboats, marina, and waterfront resident and broker. Because I live here I'm naturally highly networked into this floating and waterfront neighborhood versus a broker who doesn’t live in my community or even in Seattle. I know who wants to sell on the lake even when they are not on the market and can open up additional opportunities for buyers and sellers that other brokers can not. I volunteer extensively in my greater Seattle waterfront community and have previously served on the board for the Floating Homes Association and also for the docks I have lived on. This lifestyle is amazing and I love sharing my favorite things about it with clients. I have a ton of tips and tricks you wouldn’t know if you didn’t live here. My favorite thing about living on the lake is being surrounded by nature in the middle of the city and the light reflections that dance around the walls and ceilings at sunrise and sunset. Moorage slip, Marina, and private dock owners: I am extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all of the nuances of the various docks and shorelines in the city. In addition I have experience and expertise in selling marinas and developing private docks into co-ops. With a background and degree in accounting plus my wide variety of experiences on the lake, I am also able to come up with creative solutions on the go. Because I am so networked in, I have also become the "go to" person for boat slips.
